The hydraulic high-speed disperser is composed of frame, bearing seat, dispersing shaft, dispersing wheel, cylinder, hydraulic station and control cabinet. The frame lifting adopts hydraulic transmission, the lifting is stable and reliable, the frame can rotate 360 degrees, and can be used in one machine and multi-cylinder. Working principle

Dry-powder mortar production line is an upgraded version which includes a dry-powder mixer, a storage bin, a packaging machine and a secondary spiral conveyor. The combination of the production line can realize continuous production, increase production, and is cheap, occupies a small area, suitable for small and medium sized mortar and putty producers.

Working principle
When the dry powder mixer works and mixing, the material in the mixer is driven by two spiral belts rotating in opposite directions. The spiral belts rotate counterclockwise along the inner wall of the mixer. On the one hand, the material is turned left and right,  the weightlessness area is formed at the intersection and overlap of the two spiral belts. No matter how the shape, size, and density of the material, can make the material in the instantaneous weightlessness state, which makes the material in the machine tank to form a full range of continuous cyclic turnover, interleaving and mixing each other, so as to achieve rapid mixing uniform effect. After one stirring, the stirred material is put into the storage tank by the secondary elevator, and then the second feeding and stirring are carried out. During the period, the packaging machine connected by the storage tank is used to measure the discharging material, which saves the time needed for discharging after the stirring is completed, thus increasing the output.
